BPO - We guarantee that the completed broker price opinion will be delivered to you within 72 hours of acceptance or it's free.

REO Cash-Back - To receive your $1,000 award, you agree that the listing price will be no higher than the estimated value on the interior BPO, the selling price will be under $300,000 - if not then your cash-back award will be $500, that we complete the sale as the listing office at a minimum 3% commission rate, and that if you reject an offer at or above the guaranteed sale price within the first 60 days then this guarantee is null and void.
